The Smart Signage Management System (SSMS) provides you with a digital overview of where the wayfinding signs (screens) are located in your building. This allows you to easily change names, logos or information in one go. If the screen is inactive, you will be notified immediately.
Adding a company
In this video we show you how easy it is to add a new company to the Smart Wayfinding system. The first step is adding practical information about the relevant company, such as name and address. In the other tabs, additional information such as contact and social media can be added. After this is saved, you can start pairing companies with relevant screens and get the directional signage working.
Structuring your space
In this video we show you how to add floors and rooms to the Smart Wayfinding system. In the Content Management System (CMS) you can structure your entire building. It doesn’t matter if you have multiple buildings with different floors or a single-storey building, our CMS is built to structure every kind of space. Digital wayfinding guides your visitors and orients them wherever they are.
Changing the screens
In this video we show you how easy it is to manage the screens and their content. In the CMS is an overview of all screens in the building(s). If you want to display a company on one of the screens, you simply select the relevant screen from the list and add them. Removing a company from your screens is just as easy as adding one. Your digital signage is up to date in seconds!
